I meant to do this halfway through the Games, so I'm a little late. We've watched a lot of the Olympics, and like many, can't figure out how you can fall doing a vault and still win a bronze. Makes no sense.
Lena has really liked watching as well. Here is a list of Lena's favorite events, in no particular order.
Gymnastics -- Lena calls this 'flip.' After watching some with Kathleen, she spent a chunk of the afternoon jumping around, like a gymnast who knows no tricks.
Swimming -- Lena calls this 'splash.' Then she asked to take a bath.
Basketball -- It didn't keep her attention as much as some of the others, but she did shout out, "Dunk!" after LeBron threw one down.
Track & Field -- During sprinting competitions, she points and says, "Run!"

Hey guys, we have loved watching the olympics and Max can't get enoough of it. We had a close call this past weekend because Mallory wanted to come out and play so bad. We have been able to keep her in past 37 weeks so now she can come at anytime. I think she wants to have the same birthday as Lena so she is waiting until Saturday to come out. We will let you know when she makes her debut. Jen
