Lena's Birthday Party

Lena loves nature, and she chose a nature theme for her birthday party. She had five of her friends over. Despite some craziness getting ready in the morning, it was a ton of fun.

First up was nature crafts, including bird feeders and pine cone Christmas ornaments.

Then I look the girls on a walk through the woods near our house. Felt like I ran a marathon. It was a hot, muggy day.

One of Lena's presents was her first pet, a beta fish she has yet to name.
