Lena takes ballet through Ballet Minnesota, a semi-professional ballet organization. Because of that, they don't have the typical recitals. Instead, the dancers participate in the annual Nutcracker and then in the Minnesota Ballet Festival in the spring.
Yesterday she danced in their presentation of
The Sorcerer's Apprentice. She was a horse mixed with a dragon, among many strange animals controlled by the Sorcerer. She did an excellent job. She absolutely loves dance.
