Return to the Dells, Part 1

We returned a week ago from our third vacation in the last two years to The Wisconsin Dells, a fun vacation destination. Though the weather was pretty crummy (there was a snow/ice storm on Tuesday and Wednesday of our visit), we had a blast. We arrived on Sunday afternoon, and did our first activity on Monday, taking advantage of the relatively warm weather by going to nearby Madison to visit the zoo. The weather was a little cool, but that had some advantages. The tiger, who usually lounges in the hot summer sun, was very active, prowling past the view window. Lena (in the pink hat) and Clare (in the white hat behind her) were rivited. So was Dad.
