We spent a day at the Children's Museum here in Appleton. Top is a giant ladybug (or as Lena says, 'Bug') attaching Daddy, and below Lena sliding down a slide. She also played with balls, dressed up like a firefighter, and shopped at a fake C-store.
Lena also got to visit the beach (for the first time) on our day-trip to Door County. Door County is kind of like Cape Cod, if Cape Cod spent 7 months of the year frozen at -30 degrees and there wasn't as much to do. We also visited a lighthouse and hit Lambeau Field on our way back through Green Bay.
In general, Lena just loved playing with Babbo and Grammy (though she couldn't quite say Grammy and it came out Grabby). It was an awesome weekend, we had so much fun, and Lena spent several days looking for Babbo and Grammy after they left.
Here are the Top Five reasons to visit us in Wisconsin:
- You get to see Lena (and Kathleen and Adam too)
- You too can visit Lambeau Field (and taste the wonderful pot roast at Curly's Pub)
- If you come during the summer, it's a very beautiful place. During the winter, well, dress warmly.
- We have a guest toom
- You probably have not been to Northeastern Wisconsin, and it's on every 'Top 100 Places to Visit Before You Die' list. Well, that's not true, but you can still see Lena

We had a wonderful time visiting Lena in Wisconsin!! Oh yeah, we also visited with Kathleen and Adam, but only when Lena was asleep! ;}
She is a wonderful little girl, and is growing up before our very eyes. As long as Adam and Kathleen have that extra bedroom and they let us come, we will return again and again!!
Wisconsin was very pretty, and we saw alot of the countryside. Our trip to Door County to see the lighthouses and Lake Michigan was lots of fun!
We had a ball!
